A few weeks ago, we reported that a new Fallout: Vorkosigan DLC pack called “Fallout: New Vorko” was in development.
We then learned that the modpack had been delayed by a year, and that the DLC was being developed on an internal Fallout: Mod team, instead of being released on Bethesda’s own servers.
Now, Bethesda’s been kind enough to tell us what the latest news on that Fallout: Mods project is.
“We are currently developing a Fallout: mod team focused on creating mod content that will allow us to make content that is unique to the game,” reads a statement released by Bethesda.
“These new mods will be developed by our mod team, which includes Fallout: fans, modders, and developers alike.”
Fallout mods have been a hot topic in the Fallout: Nukaverse for quite some time, and the team behind the project is set to make quite a splash this year.
Fallout: The New Vegas is the latest title in Bethesda’s popular open-world sandbox RPG series, and a few months ago we learned that a New Vegas DLC pack was in the works.
Now, Bethesda has revealed that “FallOUT: NewVorko,” which is set for release on August 19, 2019, is actually a new DLC pack for Fallout: NV, but it’s been delayed several years.
Fallout Mods is “coming soon,” Bethesda wrote, and we’ll have more information on that soon.
We’re also told that the project will be focused on bringing more content to Fallout:NV.
“Fallouts: Newvorko will bring a number of new features to the Fallout universe, including: an entirely new storyline with multiple paths to victory; new weapons and armor; new enemies; new locations; new ways to customize and customize your character; and a brand new world to explore and enjoy,” Bethesda says.
